Open Position: Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Louisiana Central is seeking a full-time Office Manager & Bookkeeper. The position will be responsible for bookkeeping and general office management including, but not limited to: accounts payable and receivable; payroll; monthly financial reporting; maintaining administrative systems; providing human resources support; greeting visitors; managing office supplies; monitoring budgets; board minutes and records; coordinating office repair and maintenance with vendors; and supporting other team members with administrative tasks.
- Bookkeeping (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll)
- Supply management
Tracking budget expenses
Written and verbal communication
Organization and time management
Attention to detail
Good judgement, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
Ability to work independently
Ability to work and be effective under pressure
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Three or more years of office experience
- Proven efficiency in bookkeeping (Experience with Quickbooks preferred, but not required.)
- Proficient with office software (Experience with Google Suite preferred, but not required.)
